The name of the project "Vil skape" means "Will create".  The goals of the project are to create and  spread competence to development rural businesses in the county of  Oppland.

The project lasts for three years, and was established in 2007.  It consists of five parts:
1.   Develop further recruitment of youth
2.   Cooperate closer with competence networks in the region, by among others arranging open events.
3.   Develop further international cooperation and competence.
4.   Build up offers about  entrepreneurship, where processing, innovation and increasing values are  important topics.
5.   Mark the 150 years jubilee for agricultural education in Oppland

To make Valle videregående skole to become a competence centre, the project will emphasize pedagogic methods and rural devlopment. As a part of the goal Valle videregående skole will create an attractive school for today's youth, for the agriculture and for the countyside businesses.
